YWAM Sudan- George & Anna in Yei

George and Anna have been involved with Bible training and mission trips
with their church in Soroti, Uganda. In 2007 they went to Sudan for
the first time. Since that day they have had a strong burden for Sudan.
Later that year they took part in the Crossroads Discipleship Training
School (CDTS) with YWAM Arua in Uganda. Their outreach took them to
Sudan for a second time and their heart to work there continued to grow.
In 2008, they returned to Sudan to staff a DTS and considered working
long-term in Sudan. They took the outreach to a remote area of Sudan.
The people welcomed them and were very hungry for the Gospel. This was
confirmation to them that they should be in Sudan long-term. In 2009
they moved to Yei, Sudan with their two orphans they adopted.
George and Anna's vision is to work with the Sudanese to see them prosper after the long years of war. They hope to teach them new agriculture techniques that will help them improve their situation in life. They have a passion to share the Gospel and work in discipleship. They hope to work with the children to give them new hope for the future.
Anna has a desire to attend the DTS coming up in July '10.
They are currently in need of finances to for their visas to stay in Sudan. It is $50 per month per person.
